The position of the hotel was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, in the middle of the city. The staff was really helpful, as well as host.

We enjoyed the place and its tasty and sensational breakfast.

The breakfast had a wide array of options, including cereals and pastries. The setting was marvellous, just next door to Llandudno and Conwy, the main tourist spots and North Wales and the Snowdonia National Park. Btw, we admired Bryn Castell, based at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Incredible location in the middle of the city with views of the hills. And short walk to the main tourist spots, and Llandudno and Conwy.

Everyone is very amiable and exceptional and host too. It has incredible, marvellous setting, close enough to Conwy and the rest of the coastline, North Wales and the Snowdonia National Park and Llandudno.

The room we stayed in had central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a sitting area, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.

Simply nothing too much trouble, relaxing stay. Amazing property with amicable staff and fantastic location in the middle of the city. Location very close to Conwy, many attractions and Y Llew Coch. Nicely furnished double room, exceptionally comfortable beds.

Lovely meals, overall everything was spotless.

I had 2 nights in Conwy, spending the time here lovely. The staff was exceptional, and the rooms were tastefully decorated and well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent with cereals and generous portions, for instance, the location was perfect and excellent!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved our choice. The rooms were well-appointed, with windows opening to mountain views. The location is great, adjacent to North Wales, Snowdonia National Park, Y Llew Coch, and the coastline. The breakfast was sensational with a wide array of options. The venue met all our requirements and we would definitely stay here again.
